We don't ship mid — and if something's off, we make it right.
The reship guarantee
Because these are research materials, we can't accept returns of opened or used product. But we stand behind every batch:
- Didn't arrive? If tracking shows a lost package, we reship or refund.
- Arrived damaged?Send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it.
- COA mismatch?If the lot you received doesn't match the certificate on file, we'll make it right, no questions.
How to start
Email [email protected] with your order number and lot number (from the vial). You can verify any lot anytime on our lot verification page.
Cancellations
Orders that haven't shipped can be cancelled for a full refund — just reach out as soon as you can.
